By accessing this website and utilizing our services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Any project-specific contracts or Statements of Work (SOW) signed between NimNit and the Client shall supersede these general website terms in the event of a conflict.

NimNit provides premium media and educational services including, but not limited to:

• Podcast Production & Recording
• Corporate Films & Brand Documentaries
• Video Editing & Post-Production
• Music Production, Jingles, and Sound Design
• Communication Training & Fellowship Programs
• Healthcare Video Branding
• Creator Collective & Influencer Partnerships

• Payments: All services require an upfront advance deposit as outlined in your specific project proposal or invoice. Final deliverables are handed over only upon clearance of all dues.
• Refunds: Due to the custom, time-intensive nature of creative production and educational training, payments made are generally non-refundable once work has commenced or training access has been granted, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement.

Unless explicitly transferred via a separate legal contract:

• NimNit retains the right to use final deliverables in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials as examples of our work (unless under NDA).
• Raw project files and project assets (premiere pro projects, unedited footage, raw audio stems) remain the intellectual property of NimNit and are not released to the client unless explicitly purchased through a raw-file buyout agreement.

Clients are responsible for providing clear briefs, timely feedback within agreed revision cycles, and ensuring they possess the legal right and copyright permissions for any assets, logos, or music they supply to NimNit for inclusion in their projects.

NimNit shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, missed deadlines due to client delays, or third-party platform issues (e.g., YouTube algorithm changes, social media account bans).

Our website may contain links to external sites that are not operated by us. We have no control over the content and practices of these sites and accept no responsibility for their respective privacy policies.
